I like your setup! Looks great! What model of radiator are you use? Maybe in future I will change AIO for real liquidcooling for daly setup

Thanks. Radiator is a TFC 420 Monsta 105mm thick. It was a limited edition and has stopped production a long time ago. Bought this from 2010 and taking good care of it since cant buy one anymore.
Looking forward to your water cooling setup soon

i have replaced the old fans from external radiator with some better ones now and added another a 280 rad internally. reseated cpu waterblock and used arcitc mx-4 thermal paste, tightened the screws a lot compared to before and also have included vega fe to the loop now.
1950x 4ghz 1.35v vcore, everything else auto
prime test small ffts 1 hour, it's a lot better now

Thanks. That run was with AC on though with normal ambient temps it will be a bit higher than that but i think overall its about 10c better than before. Reseating and tightening the cpu block was the major difference. Also running fans at 2000 vs 1200 rpm only manages about 2c difference so no point running full speed at all. At 1200, those silverstone FHP141 are really quiet and moves a lot of air.
Next revision is replacing the old 10w pump with a new one and maybe running ddc 3.2 in series and see if it makes sense

I just ditched my second Enermax cooler. Replaced the first one after 6 months, and the second one was already well on it's way out. Seems Enermax was using mixed metals in their closed loops without proper corrosion and bio inhibitors in the coolant. So they tend to build up corrosion and gunk in front of the heatfins on the waterblock blocking flow and eventually either taking the pump out, or causing over-pressure and leaks.
So I have finally went back to a custom loop setup. Have a 240 rad, 280 rad, and twin DDC pumps in series.
Bumped it up to 4.1GHz to play around with it a bit and test the custom loops cooling.
Currently have it set to 4+0 SMT = disabled, memory interleaving = channel
Specifically set this way for gaming in Star Citizen as I see better FPS and gets rid of multi-die latency issues for gaming.
When working with hyper-v or video decode/encoding I go back to 16c/32t settings.

I have the same koolance dual ddc 3.2 setup, was thinking ddc heatsinks might give 2-3c back whatcha think.
remember i'm fanless on 3/360mm rads and 1 fan on the heater core/block combo.only 1 225w(oc)gpu in the loop.
While the DDC pumps can get luke warm (hot if you run them at 100% power) They really are not cooled or heated by the coolant loop. And with thick plastic being a bit of a thermal insulator, not sure you will see much if any difference in coolant temps unless you plan on running the loop at higher RPM? Probably be a bigger difference putting some noctua fans on the radiators and sound insulation in the case if you're going for ultra-quiet build.
