Depends how much current xtu pulls. I've seen prime95 28.5 break 40 amps with 1.30vcore at 4.45ghz on my clamp meter. There are psus out there that will trip ocp at 30 amps.
PSU I'm using is an original AX1200, which is a 12V single-rail design - OCP shouldn't trip on the 12V draw of the CPU, unless one of the other rails was drawing way out of spec.
