VID had me worried (1.27v) but it seemed to scale pretty well, and it had a -130c cb and -125c cbb, so all in a pretty fair cpu given the VID.

1.27V VID is pretty bad, but those chips can also be limited by FSB walls, so a bad VID chip can still be better than a chip with a promising VID as long as it has a higher FSB wall.

While moving found I still have my old P4P800SE and OCZ Booster. Saw these floating on eBay and decided to grab them. Anybody know if these are TCCD or the bad stuff that came afterwards?

Do you have an Asus CT-479 adapter as well?

No idea what's the difference between version 1.0 and 1.1.
TCC5 binned for the same spec as TCCD shouldn't be a lot worse than TCCD though. Will you test the setup again?
