It's a common issue with the latest Ubisoft games, with any luck they might patch it in a few months or just ignore it, they don't do the greatest job on PC. Black Flag also suffers from some truly awful performance on a lot of lower end machines, it ends up looking and running way worse than Assassins Creed 3 ever did.
