i think youre trying to set too many things wrongly, just f5 load defaults , change bclk to 190 or 195 save exit
or load 195bclk profile save exit.

f5, then 190 - working. will try other bclk and update first post. thanks

edit:
166-192 = works only with 1:3 and 1:4 memory (1:5 or higher = recycled reboot)
193+ = post AE, reset, post A3, CLRTC
