That wasn't me, but when you want someone to help you need to have the default device profile setup for the projects you want cruncher by the helpers.
The default profile is used when an unknown/new rig is attched to your account. When it is crunching you can move it to an other profile if needed.

Maybe it isn't getting any work as it is seen a new cruncher for WCG after changing accounts.
Yeah it shows his name, amount of work done, and average work done

Yeron, Goto this thread and read post # 14 : http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...=1#post5189829

Also read post #9 & 11 above. 1.S is chasing GFAM and HPF2 and appears to be needing the most help. Project selection will be done automatically through the Default profile of the person that you are helping. After switching the rig over, confirm that the right kind of WUs have downloaded and then adjust the cache of that rig to meet the goal. likely 6 or 8 days.

    Good luck,

Update the project and see what message you get in the event log why you aren't getting any work.

Added wcg xml file, using one.shot's weak key. Project shows up as one.shot. However, its coming up in event log as not hightest priority (both wcg + poem set to 100) but not cpu work showing up yet (poem set to only gpu work). will see if it shows up later, otherwise its sitting here idle on 3 1/2 cores.

Thanks to all that are helping. I'm aware of one rig from Rob_b one from Yojimbo197, and now one from Yeroon. And just to be clear, I reached my emerald on HPF2, so GFAM is my main target currently. I'm at 201 days for GFAM right now. How many threads are on each of the systems added? I really hope we can pull it off!

Yeroon, Check your config files. It sounds like you left something in there that let you do max production on GPUs.

No config file in WCG sub folder. Was doing WCG cpu wu's fine while gpu ran poem work before I emptied cache. Had both set to 100 priority before, now its 100/50(poem) and still nada. Tried suspending POEM project, then updating, and again, not working.

Do you have any local configuration settings (from within the BOINC manager that is)? It might be worth clearing local settings to pick up the ones set on the servers.

I think the issue is at One.Shot's end. When I use my weak key or Mumak's, I get work when requested. So in the meantime, I will put my 3 available cores to Mumak.

    Question:

who has the greatest need still and where do I find instructions on using weak key?

starting in about 12-16 hours I can probably offer about a year to any who needs it during the next 12 days

I see on my account a new "Kyalami" host. Got about 120 WUs, however about 20 of them ended up with status "Detached", the rest is In Progress.

Yes, in an attempt to verify that it was an issue on One.shot's end, I tried to shift over some WU's by saving/shifting over the WCG folder after swapping the key file, and I'm not sure what happened. My machine is "Kyalami" (racetrack)

OK. I think i found out what the issue was. I had the new machines set to default profile instead of "work", which is what I use for this PC. IDK what default is and don't use it. Everything should be good now. Sorry for the delay.

Feel free to PM me if anyone is having anymore issues.

Kyalami returns first results. I just reached Emerald, so I think in 10-15 days, Sapphire should be safe
    Thanks guys!

Any new machines dropping into your account will go straight to the Default profile so you might want to make "Work" the default.

As soon as these sites have seen the new cruncher you can see plenty of info about them. I think they only show up after the first validated results.
But it would help to know who added what system.

My 2600k (simracingwcg1) is showing a lot of credits, but that is because I have helped you before on an other project and the 2600k is still on the same id.

This is the easiest way I have found for Windows...

Copy the text below and past into a text editor (Notepad, etc.) and save as switch_acct_name.bat (Where "name" is whoever's Weak Key you are using).

    cd C:\Program Files\BOINC
    boinccmd --project http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org detach
    boinccmd --project_attach http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org 681782_2df3fe53ee2df6da1a8c26b35b2a859a
^^This is is for 0ne.shot's Weak Account Key so I would name the file switch_account_0ne.shot.bat
Also, the first line needs to match your location where BOINC was installed.

    Now, follow these steps:

    1) In BOINC select the Projects Tab and the click on No new Tasks.
    2) Select and Abort all Tasks not running.
    3) Let the running tasks finish. (DO NOT CLOSE BOINC)
    4) Run the .bat file you saved earlier. It will take a few seconds, but it will then show and download for the attached account.

You may have to right click and run the .bat file as an Administrator in some cases. Hit or miss with that sometimes.

Now, to reverse this process and go back to your account, create another .bat file. I name mine switch_account_back_to_me.bat But, instead of using your Weak Key, you need to use your Account Key found under your My Profile page on WCG.
