The fact that memory clock was added to HWBot rather late is the main problem, most old scores aren't listed. In addition, only the high CLs runs are posted, since lower CL value aren't awarded points. However, it's still a wealth of scores if you look for the corresponding threads in forums, that way I was able to add quite a lot of submissions. Today I finished going through threads at Jmax Hardware and most of XS, also finished working through the submissions at HWBot. Unfortunately the some links I saved, especially to OCX, are worthless nowadays. I'm still missing a few results, for example made by youngpro. I know he had a ~890MHz validation for Gigabyte competition in 2008 but I can't find it - at all.
Of course in ideal world these scores would all be added to HWBot with their correct validation date. Then we would be able to show the memory world record frequency going back to 2006, for every CL value, in some neat graphs.

Oh, and I report incorrect memory submissions when I see them!

For now, I can see these other records apart from CL and overall records:
DDR:
still looking for Intel record

DDR2:
AMD record = AM2+ record
Intel record = 775 DDR2 record

DDR3:
AMD record = FM1 record
Intel record = 1156 LF record
1366 record
1156 CD record
1155 IB record
1155 SB record
1150 HW record ( so far )
775 DDR3 record
AM3+ record
AM3 record

Thanks for the post!
I've added the first two results, but I won't add any DDR CL3 scores under 400MHz, I'd just have to add too many scores, sorry. I just added stunned_guy's score because it's the highest score done in dual channel I could find.
