    Unfortunately, that memory will not work. This board requires registered memory. I don't know about registered non-ecc memory though.

    Try THIS ebay search for compatible memory. I have modified the search slightly from the one on post #1 since it seems ebay no longer accepts the asterisk in searches.

    From other's experience, window's doesn't like this board's ACPI. I'm currently running mine diskless from a DRBL server running ubuntu 12.04 64-bit linux.



    Speaking of installing windows.... I am not able to get into my board's bios, it simply hangs on "entering setup". I had wanted to be able to boot from a hard drive, but i guess that's not going to happen.
