    Hi CrazyNutz,

This looks like a really sweet tool and I would love to try it out. Do you think you may be able to add support for my GTX660? The card was pulled out of an Alienware X51. It's unique as it has a GK104 Core w/ 1152 shaders clocked at 824/1400 (1.5GB). https://www.dropbox.com/s/8v4vk1a27831vdu/660OEM.rom

Let me know if it's possible.

    Thanks,
    B

WOW just used the KGB tool... all i can say is... WOW!! My card now runs at 1032 base, and 1330mhz boost clock! I hope i can push it a little further (thats just at stock setings)... and its silent now due to reduced fans! Thanks CrazyNutz!!! You're epic!

Now for a waterblock, does anyone know of a waterblock that will fit a Gigabyte WindForce2 GTX 660 Ti 2GB

This is the one i have; Here

It has the power connectors side by side, unlike some which are stacked.
I know some people find that certain GTX 670 waterblocks fit the 660 ti due to having the same pcb design

Will this one fit? EK FC670 GTX CSQ

    Thanks

That one will not fit. Look here http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/
You'll have to use a universal gpu block.

I already tried those BIOS'es but neither one is correct one.

I aksed same question on EVGA forums, but received no help from EVGA Staff.

    Hi CrazyNutz,

I appreciate you adding support for my 660OEM. I unlocked the bios (checked using example 1) and flashed in dos. Everything is working great. Please keep up the good work!!

    Thanks,

Hey Crazynutz just picked up a EVGA 660ti FTW 3GB during the blackfriday deals the thing is a monster they have it set for 140% powertarget right outta the box so with a little oc its boosting to 1330 at stock voltage. gonna do some more playing around before i flash the bios. are you still doing custom bios's? or do i have to do it myself with the tool

I used the KGB tool and my card is unstable even with the same clocks/power as before. Can you modify my existing (stock) bios or it will be the same with the KGB?

When you unlock the bios your card WILL boost higher, It may boost past stable. If you have any overclocks set then it WILL very likely boost past stable.
Remove your overclock settings (from precision, afterburner, etc..) then try again. If its still unstable you may have to underclock the base a bit.

And what about power target ? I leave it at 113% or maximize it to 150%?

You will want to adjust it up, however as you move it up your boost may get higher too. So keep an eye on it. Basically as you adjust any setting you will need to observe
where your card boosts to as it may go too high and become unstable.

    I'm having a bit of a problem??

In games I get my solid 1350mhz core clock but in benchmarks the card is completely dropping off the boost???? Could you please advise me also power limit is not going over 103%

I have tried getting it cooler which seemed to help but even with fans at 100% in my freezing cold bedroom it isn't enough.

    Thanks for your help

The bios update seems to of improved in game performance and seems solid running 1350mhz 7200mhz edit: At first it was running 1350mhz in game and now it is back to what it was before 1300mhz

benchmarks like 3dmark11 and heaven don't seem to be improved with new bios they still run 1300mhz and anything more and it just goes unstable/thottle.

My friend on his asus 660ti had great improvements with his benchmarks today after flashing to new bios so I'm hoping for the same.

Do you think I need more power?

    Thanks Crazy Nuts

Ps when I first flashed new bios this is what I was getting 1359mhz stable

but after running it for a day now only will go to 1305mhz stable which is same as before update so maybe I should flash back to stock?

I'm getting a new pc next week so I will test on that before I go back to old bios.

recently picked up this card 3 weeks ago EVGA 02G-P4-3664-KR GeForce GTX 660 Ti FTW Signature2 2GB
Mainly because of the free game, (it was super trouble to get the free game, finally got it yesterday)

Any way, I am new to Nvidia, I can't find performance tab in setting and per other site advise they said downloaded Ntune, but I got the blue screen then went back and I read more Ntune doesn't support 660ti.
I just wanna overclock this card a little if possible and what I really want is get the fan go 50% or higher cause seem like the temp now is pretty hot(about 70c). Can anyone give me a head?

    Thanks,

Just downloaded EVGA Precision X but seem like if I overclock the card the game get crash easily not sure why, and the other problem is when I restart the computer everything back to default, I tried to set up the profile, but it doesn't seem working, do I have to reset the setting every time when restart? I am sure I am missing some step.

Seems to be running 100% stable, had no problems as yet... only thing is sometimes, it does not seem to recognise that the power-target is increased, so it reduces voltage but not clocks for some reason and it crashes :/
Methinks this is a driver problem... or maybe CrazyNutz can help with that?
