Several sources have stated that 10-23-12 is the official Vishera announcement day in the U.S. We will know soon as I expect all the major PC hardware review sites had their benching done a week or more ago.

I'm expecting ~10-15% improvement over Zambezi just as AMD's roadmap shows. That's a decent step forward in performance without a node drop and with the FX-8350 priced right around $200 USD in the Colonies, Vishera should be a good time for many.

Depending on reviews I will be getting a Vishera.

Any reason to get an 8350 over an 8320?

Too early to know. The first shipments may be well binned meaning potentially less ability to OC the 8320, but that's purely speculation until enough people test both models to see.

I heard someone say somewhere that AMD FX "Bulldozer" are binned through a combo of worst core and TDP. While this shouldn't be taken for fact...

It would make sense to me, since worst cores can be as bad as Phenom II clock wise, and the better cores on a die can sometimes reach well over 5 GHz air/8 GHz LN2.

There is a lot of inconsistency in the CPUs, most blame it on the GloFo 32nm process, but in reality it is a combo of complex/radically new design and the process...

Which is why intel has a tick/tock strategy, make sure the old one works before changing things completely...
Also related to NVIDIA's problems had with GTX 400 series.

i will probably be getting the 8350

because my 8120 the 7th or 8th core always seems to fail first

i have "review kit" from AMD, i think with good binned cpu by AMD. Power consumption is on par/few watts higher then 8150 in prime95. Overclocking on same voltage level as 8150 is 100 Mhz better.

That kind of destroys AMD's hoped for 15% power reduction claims, or am I missing something?

15% power reduction Or 15 % better performance clock to clock.

Any power consumption advertised by AMD is going to be taken at Stock obviously

Once OCed, its probably just as bad (if not worse) than an 8150. Look at Trinity when its loaded (CPU only), same process...

There is nothing said about 15 percents better power consumption, but 15 percents better efficiency. And it is better, perf/watt ratio is better (10 percents)
