@CrazyNutz thank you for your modded bios from page 2, i have used it, but i can max OC with boost on 1340MHz with original bios i come on 1300MHZ. I change back to my original bios It's not worth it.
I search now a method to change the default clock (915MHz) to 1078MHZ. Sorry the screen is a little bit small
Lantrix
sorry for my english

What is it actually boosting to? keep in mind when the voltage is upped the the card can/will boost higher much higher. You may have to go negative on the clocks to keep it from boosting too high.
Also keep in mind the boost clock will be pretty much constant, just consider it your new core clock.

little update crazynut my final oc ended at +65 / +600 the core just wont go any higher. the memory seems to just go and go and go... i installed an EK gtx 670 waterblock and the GPU never makes it over 35c (water is 28c). i should prolly be happy with that OC but i never am lol.

I'm working on it. It's not the exact same structure, so I'm having to turn my editor/program in a different direction so that it can support other cards. It is time consuming because i'm trying
to make it work reliably on as many cards as possible. With the original kbt I painted (programmed) myself into a corner, so I'm trying to avoid that on this new version. Please be patient, as I have other work I must do. Writing this bios editor does not pay may bills man.![]()

Hi Guys this is my post on the forums so go easy on me!
I got a 3GB SC Evga 660ti a few weeks back, seems I can overclock the memory like crazy, runs +800 all day long, but the core is real bad for me, even with a +0 on the memory I can only get a stable +26 on the core
I have been looking through this thread and see CrazyNutz does these custom Bios, I am hoping he might be kind enough to do one for me, I hope a bit of extra voltage will be able to give me a bit more on the Core offset.
I am going to attempt to attach my current bios, whether or not I succeed first try remains to be seen
Cheers
Paul.

Hi CrazyNutz,
I was reading through the thread again, and noticed in post #96 someone called santos has exactly the same card as me, looks like you made a bios for him in post# 97.
Would this bios be fine for me to use? Or are they all different?
I figured it might save you a little time.
Cheers
Paul.
hi Paul i have that same card and have already flashed to one of crazynuts modded bios. the memory on mine seems to go forever as well but even with 1.212v i could only get my core to +65 and even then it has a problem once in a while so i run at +50 / +600 for 24/7 use and gaming. it boosts to 1332 on the core with just that little OC and unlimited powertarget so its still a huge improvement.
Hi Santas, it will interesting to see if mine is any different, but I fear it won't make a massive difference.
I don't want to use the bios CrazyNutz modded for you until I hear from him, although they are the same card I need to be sure it's ok to use it before going ahead.
Cheers
Paul.
1). Regarding using someone else's bios for your exact same card, this is ok. I've even used bios across manufactures. This is safe as long as it is the same board, and same memory amount.
2). With voltage increase, and power level increased your card will boost higher and pretty much stay there. This is where the benefit of unlocking the bios comes into play. You should notice a sizable increase in performance even if you only get +50 more on the clock offset.

Ok, thanks bud.
I will give it a try tomorrow and report back with my findings.

Great, thanks a million CrazyNutz
Will let you know how it goes.
Paul.
Does anyone make a 660Ti that will fit into a 235mm space (Lian Li V354) ? Even if I change cooler.
Are all you guys finding the MSI Power Edition clocks very well? Mine does 1450 with stock cooler and 10300 3D11 with a mild 3770K .... seems like great bang-for-buck

Well it's not gone well Crazy.
Just as I suspected my card is a very poor overclocker!
With the voltage set to max and the power target set to 142% I can only manage to run Heaven at minus 60 core offset even with the memory on 0. This gives a speed of 1202Mhz. With the core offset at minus 50 it will crash out of heaven.
I can't think of anything I am doing wrong? Do you think cleaning out the drivers and reinstalling would help? I am using the latest ones.
Cheers
Paul.
