Nothing there in the tertiary settings to tweak... Well, those other timings with latency 5 and 3 could improve Memory Copy a little if lowered.

Go for secondary timings, try lowering tRRD and tRFC, then tRTP and tWTR. If you lower few of them (secondary and tertiary) you just might make it.

What if your memory voltage? Are you comfortable in setting it higher?

Thats a nice kit you have, none of my 4gb sticks will do those secondary timings at 4.

If you havent already, you should try the 5ghz IvyBridge 32m challenge. With XP and a good copy waza, that kit should put you in the 6:19.XXX range.
