AC Freezer 7 coolers are pretty good and really best bang for your pound. If you think of getting day to day 3.5-3.6GHz overclock with 1.5V then you probably should look to invest in better cooler like Freezer 13 or better. If you want 3.3-3.5GHz with 1.45V AC F7Pro should do the job quite well.

BTW from Freezer 13 description:
