I've just overclocked my 3930K to 4.5Ghz using Offset and am having a resume from sleep issue. When I resume from sleep RealtempGT shows temps of 91 degrees on all cores and the multiplier seems to be stuck on 12, like the CPU is in a throttled state. Is this a similar issue?

Nop, all my sensors report fine. Only problem was with PLL if it is above 1.8v but this issue is fixed with an experimental bios 0001 handed out by raja. Search on rog forums, I'm almost certain there is a thread regarding the issue you're mentioning.
