However, there is a bug in the bios which causes instability after s3 resume beyond 4.6ghz.

But you can not disable it?

Cas 9 maybe @2400MHz with 1.65v and up. I run 1.7v on my sticks with timings of 9,11,11,28 1T @2400MHz.

Cas 8 @2400MHz would be impossible with these sticks.
