Help, updated bios to 3.04, now can't overclock

Hi, hope someone out there can help. I updated to the new uefi bios on my p67, and now I cannot overclock. In the bios I set the multi to 46, but as soon as I click to change something else, it defaults to 37 which is the highest it will allow for. It does this for any value I try and change. Also now, it only detects 8 gig of the 12 gig that I have. I tried reverting back to an older bios but it will not let me. I have tried the full cmos clear, and no luck. Please help.

Also to add, it only gives me the option to run the ram at 1066 or 1333. Just found another thread where some other people are having the same issue. http://forums.tweaktown.com/asrock/4...-p67-pro3.html. Sounds like I need to replace the bios chip. Any recommendations of where to get one? Ebay?????
