Ah... not so much mandatory. I didn't get my first gun till Christmas of 2000. I was already 10 for crying out loud! (Although, getting my CHL this summer... )

And idk where the beards thing came from... wish it were true though, this I'd let this goatee would get more substantial if that were the case...
