How many CPUs you got installed? I tested mine with just one. Once it was booting, then I added the rest. I also had problems with adding more RAM than in just the first one or two banks. I think I filled up CPU 0 RAM banks and that was it. It wouldn't boot with more. I'm about to go get those two beasts out and start booting them....
