It can also depend a bit HOW you are running the test. I start Cinebench (but not the bench) and then I wait a couple of minutes to make sure the CPU is as cold as possible before pressing "run".
I have also spent pretty much time trying to find voltage as low as possible to keep temperature as low as possible. My big problem is my mems. They are 2.0v and to get nicer clocks I need 2.135v (max on my board), but then they get to hot when running SP32M.
