Beep: Thanks for the tips! Ram clocking was never my forte' and an 8Gb kit doesn't help that...

I didn't realize TRFC had that big of an effect on performance. I've done some more testing and the best I can get STABLE @ 160ns is ~2050.
I was just pushing for max frequency to see what I could get MemTest stable.

9-11-9 is a no go @ anything over 2000mhz (didn't test lower freq than that yet)...

As far as tRAS and tRC goes, I started out with clocks @ 9-11-10-30-39, and once I found stability, I lowered the last 2 until things started failing.
Thats how I wound up with 9-11-10-22-32.

I hate to sound like a noob, but I've done all of my testing (so far) at 1T....
Since it's an 8Gb kit would switching to 2T help or seriously hurt overall performance?

It sucks, because I can bench this kit ~2300 9-11-10-24-36, but I had random lockups/failures for 24/7 use. Narrowed it down, definetly Mem problems.
