If this is true, and 3 ports can be used at the same time then they already sold one to me. I currently use 2 nvidia cards to drive 3 monitors (not in SLI) and would happily move down to just 1 card.source - http://semiaccurate.com/2012/01/19/n...-clear-winner/
For the doubters, both of the current cards we saw have two DVI plugs on the bottom, one HDMI, and one DP with a half slot cooling grate on one of the two slot end plates.
