CPU\NB voltage to 1,35+V doesn't change anything either.

The bad thing: sometimes Prime95 lasts houres, like now, others fails after few minutes (ofter during cold boot). WTF?

I would try 8 or 12 at Write recover time and 5 at ras to ras, maybe 110ns for cycle time low it down to 1,57-1,62v

have you tried 24-32?
