Ultra low profile 1.35v 30nm DDR3 capable of 2400MHz. Perfect for SFF builds.

30min of prime95 blend test stable settings now.
Notice that VCCIO needs to be raised for stability. DDR voltage is not a problem 1.6375v can probably be lowered a little. Maybe down to 1.6v. With VCCIO @ default, test will give error with whatever the DDR voltage is. I tried up to 1.65v DDR. Still error. After raising VCCIO to 1.1125v i lowered DDR to 1.6375v. Didnt have patience to try even lower today. I will do that later on, some other day.
Also lowered tRAS to 27. This can also probably be even lower, but didnt try. tRP can not be lowered under 10. Will give BSOD. CL and tRCD can maybe lowered, but i doubt it. 9-10-10 seems reasonable and logical for this ram.
Touched ram chips several times during the test. They dont get very hot, but probably will be safer to put heatspreaders on in future, if using above 1.6v and stressing them a lot.
OK. Heres the screen. Hopefully it helps someone to OC their P67 RAM sticks.

I think the reason for buying this memory is the low profile, low voltage, and low price. The memory being able to clock well is just a bonus. It isnt going clock as well as most high end gaming/enthusiast memory, or as good as some non low profile kits, but again, that isnt really the point of this thread.

agree with this what he quoted is out of the point of the thread i just focused my efforts to show ppl that this mem aint for P67 and 40 dollars more 77 each kit the Patriots not only are rock solid but they OC amazing without more than 1,08VTT and 1,65vdimm

kistoferr yeah its true i have to go to 1,12 and more than 1,6+ to make them stable and really not worth it this mem its not for P67

Ultra low profile stands for memory that is well... ultra low profile. Meaning that it can fit under things that typical ram cannot. (eg. My radiator)
The acronym SFF stands for Small Form Factor (a.k.a mATX or just small computers. I my case, I just needed low profile ram to get behind my custom top mounted radiator.)

This is not a thread dedicated to all high overclocking DDR3 memory modules, although comparison results are certainly welcome.

If you read my original post I was just simply sharing news and spreading excitement for 30nm 1.35v memory that also just happens to be Ultra low profile ... and also just happens to be capable of hitting 2400 ...and also happens to be really affordable. It also just happens, that a particular member of this forum was able to take the ram up to 2504MHz on an x79 motherboard. Making it the "De Facto" king of DDR3 ram in terms of price : performance.

these kits are ok for daily rigs and such but there are much better options imho.

I picked up a 16GB kit of some GSkill RipjawZ with Hynix BFR modules for a bit over $130 shipped and they are rated at 2133 9-11-10-28 at 1.65v.

Do they cost more? Yes
Are the SFF? No

But they do have hs and it does fit under a number of coolers (Armageddon, silver arrow, venomous x) and they actually overclock much better than these samsung dimms. I feel there are much better options like the ones sergio and I have listed for just a bit more, plus I do feel they look a bit weird being naked

I disagree. 1.1125v VCCIO is totally safe and theres no better ram for p67 than this.Specially if you consider the low cost. Cant really complain about 16GB running 9-10-10-1T on 1.6375v on P67.
Looks like my 30nm regular sammys do just as good or better than thos low profile ones

That's funny, I can get 1900Mhz w/ only 1.60V but I can't pass that stable even w/ 1,68v

you have to decide if you will upgrade later YES as they do 2400 easy on X79

if you are on Z68 u will be able to 2133 CL10 but u have also the patriots that costs 44 dols more on the 16GB...

Mine got stopped by customs and theres an outstanding charge of £15.75 to pay. No way im paying that as Amazon state all shipping fees and duties are paid. It arrived on the 4th but I only got the delivery note today .

I sent a guy an i7 870, gtx470, Corsair PSU, 4gb of mem as a gift. They were going to charge him the equivalent of $250.00 customs charge. He finally agreed to pay it after speaking to someone, later they said they had no record of any of this when he tried to pay and claim the package. It returned to my home about 6 weeks later looking like it had been used as a football, and had obviously been exposed to water, the cardboard box felt like a paper bag, wrinkled and crushed.
