I need some help from the MIVE gurus on this board. I just replaced my UD4-B3 with a MIVE and I love it...but I'm having a hard time figuring everything out. I'm trying to get my chip stable at 5GHz but it doesn't seem to like anything I'm doing. Here's the quick rundown:
- Chip passes 20 loops of LinX at 4.9GHz with 1.392v loaded and internal PLL overvoltage "OFF". PLL voltage has been set to 1.7v and VCCIO is at 1.0v, everything else is left on auto.
- PWM is set to extreme with a frequency of 350 and LLC of 75% in all cases.
- All C states are disabled
- GSkill DDR3-1600 cas6 @ 1600MHz 1.5v
- BIOS 2001
I have tried up to 1.45v and the chip just won't pass LinX for more than 7 seconds before it locks up with a 101 BSOD. 3DMark11, Vantage, and 2006 all complete in loops without fail. Normal operations work just fine with 1.425v (1.416v loaded). Internal PLL is still off but it makes no difference if I set it to on. VCCIO has been adjusted up to 1.12v and PLL dropped to as low as 1.65v. Am I just missing something here? Should I enable the C-States or is there a voltage I need to tweak?
