    I have it but I find that the BIOS sometimes report 60GB instead of 64GB. Someone told me increasing the VCCSA and VTT voltage can help. I did that and the frequency of RAM missing is reduced but still haven't gone away.

    What DRAM timings are you running? List them here, or take a screenshot with F12 of the DRAM timing pages. Also state what VCCSA and VTT voltage you are using.
