The thermal design power (TDP), sometimes called thermal design point, refers to the maximum amount of power the cooling system in a computer is required to dissipate.
Look at the graph again.... It appears as Intel i7-2600K is using 129,72W, while FX uses 93,12W... They are mixed up, the i7-2600K uses the 93,12W If you translate the text below, it is pretty clear that the graph has been mixed up.
