Nice work. Good to see two people with the same case taking different directions with it.

Waiting to see how you'll organize your loops and your color coordination.

    Keep it up!

    Minor Update;

Finally got my last order in place with PPCS, they had a lot of the Bitspower stuff I needed on back order for ages so its finally on its way.

Perspex work should be finished hopefully soon as well as they manufacturers are currently looking at some folding work that I will be getting them to do.

That aside the only other problem I am facing at the moment is the obvious GPU temperature problems, waiting to see if some dremeled screws will help or if I have to swap TIMs as PK-1 is just not performing at all.

PB what ACs are you using on that rad? PWM or the regular ones?

    Thanks.

Hey fr0wn3r, two of them are PWM but when I went to get another two the store was sold out so I got the Temp Diode controlled ones. I have obviously soldered them all to run off the one line.

PWM are fine to do this however you will need to "jump" the temp diode in order to have it run at 12V/variable voltages

Thanks for the answer. I was asking you that 'cause I was wondering what is the max RPM on those fans, both the temp. controlled ones and PWM. I have ordinary AC fans with max of 1350 RPM and wanted to get the PWM ones as they have 1500 RPM at max (according to Martin's review around here and my previous visit to their website). Then I checked AC website recently and saw they specified them with 1350 RPM, so not sure what's going on with that...

    Anyway, waiting for the update.

    Update - Case Work

This update is a bit of everything really. Had to wait what felt like forever for things to arrive from the States and clear customs here in Australia (plus I was have major issues with PK-1 on the video cards).

Never the less most of the fittings have arrived, still require some barbs but I can source them locally pretty fast.

Also had some plastics made and fabbed up by a local shop, they came out pretty good imo, got the Rad Grills trimmed to fit, looks good inside the case and its an incredibly snug fit (no pictures sorry forgot to take them and its quite the pain to get in and out without fully drilling out 90% of the pop rivets).

Have begun to start putting the case together as you can see.

Also played around with some P-Clips and starting the routing of the cables behind the HDD area. Once I have the ODD area complete (cables and tubing, going to have to work some magic here :P).

Once that is all done then it will be bottom rad with power supply and all cables as well as bottom plastic cover. Then its Mainboard, GPUs and RAM etc do be put in (but I'm looking at sourcing another 8GB kit and sprucing up the SLI bridge somehow).

There is a dim light at the end of the tunnel now!

Wow, never thought this day would come either, but I have begun leak testing!

Will take many pictures when I can of all the different areas of the machine before finalizing the side, front and top panels and then taking some really good studio-esque shots with the DSLR.
