    Thumbs up RMA story

Might be inproper, none the less, I feel like bursting out some joy here!
Not too long ago, two of my devices failed, I didnt have receipt, and didnt put up any hope for RMA, normally it would be a matter of tough luck... But, I was reminded by several people that the vendor was Corsair, and the reputation isnt just a joke...
I pushed my luck, with quite a bad concience, explained everything, honestly, and even added "I think it is worth a shot!", one being a AX1200 PSU, the other product being a Reactor R120 SSD..

The reactor I had even opened, meaning the "Warranty void if broken" seals were torn apart.... I explained the situation, and Corsair responded that they still wanted to have a look at the product... I was amazed, yet with the feeling that it was one piece of HW less for my HW graveyard (I still pinch myself for letting go of my P55A-UD6, instead of just keeping it)...
Today, less than 10 days later.... Both products has returned, new, factory sealed, and 99.9% mint condition (have not tested yet, just got in the door)

Massive huge cudos to Corsair for a RMA service that is unseen and unheard of anywhere else in the hardware business!
You guys are truely stating an example of how good it can be!

And this would happen with any user ?

I recall a dead F120 ( after a few days in the shop itself ) the shop owner got offered a 70 euro refund... any comment on that ? Took him a while to get it done.

My RMAs with Corsair have been flawless, luckily that my contacts take good care of their reviewers, power users,...

But honestly when you have no receipt, plus you voided warranty stickers, that's a no go for sure. In the best case "a maybe" for a normal end user. (which is logic) And Marc you are not in the former category

Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

I am not able to say so, but amazed that it did, and would be completely ok if RMA was declined, void is void.

My point is just; I am amazed, it was truely unexpected for me, I already replaced the SSD with a smaller SSD for laptop, and that SSD was replaced with HDD for my server...
