SSD Write Endurance 25nm Vs 34nm

how is it, that these drives last so much, when theoretically 25nm SSD should die after 3000 rewrites + some reserve.... ?

The 25nm NAND in the Intel 320 has a minimum P/E cycle rating of 5000. We really don't know what the average/typical/expected lifetime rating is, just minimum.
