Top bin Interlagos that will launch in Q4 (2.3Ghz) will reach 2.8Ghz on all integer cores and 3.3Ghz on 8 active integer cores. Turbo won't kick in when all FPUs(or FlexFPs) are being loaded though. I expect that in Q1 AMD releases 2.5/2.6Ghz 16C Interlagos models.
