Thats the Ethernet driver to install that you need to go to the Device Manager (Right-click "computer", click "properties", then in the "system" window that pops up click "device manager") Once there look for any devices with a exclamation mark, double-click them, click the "driver" tab, then click "update driver" and browse to the location you have extracted the drivers to. Windows will then install the driver
