Have you tried removing the vid cards and just using onboard Intel graphics temporarily to see if it comes up that way?

I figured it out bud, thanks for the reply. The onboard power button needed to needed to be pressed. Im use to having a motherboard giving light indication that its getting power. Since I didnt see any lights kick in, I assumed it wasn't getting any power and never tried the ON button. Once that was pressed, lights, fans and all of the good stuff kicked in. Yes. I'm sad, disappointed and happy all at the same time.
