Now i have finally sleeved the whole PSU ... Talk about good timing when we are heading back to Sweden tomorrow,I will really miss them here a lot, for the fun we had on this short time it is quite sick!

Time for some pictures then ... a picture is wort more then a 1000 words, shame I did not have access to the systemcamera, my brother was out for some photojobs... better pictures will come later when I made the hole bigger... so dont worry!

Now it's time for a little update, I think, a bit late as usual but I have had much to do now when you come back from home ...
Can the course anyway to say I got a pretty nice birthday celebration, and two packages from my sponsors I have also had time to strip the chassis on all parts and test fitted the reservoir a little, I will very shortly start modding process so you can keep up now ! Also has some Sleeving come to be made

What I have planned to do:
-Make the hole bigger on the PSU plate to make room for all the sleeved cables
-Sleeve the rest of all cables which is left to be sleeved
    -Build radiator plate/holder
-Milling out a PSU SFX Raiser
    and mutch more

I thank my sponsors Fractal Design Ooh Bits Power to help me with their products and that they showed great interest in my project!

Now comes a picture bomb ... and yes do not have access to the camera system when my brother borrowed it from me, but the pictures are taken with a newer digital camera yet, pictures are not good :/... aja enough talk here, you pictures ... was so good and enjoy!

We start with the package from fractal ... I got a Fractal Design Array R2 as I waited for ages on! You see, it also is also itself a Fractal Design Define XL, this is when the chassis my twin brother has been sponsored by his new watercoolingbuild ...

    Unpacking!

    6 Screws later...

    Additional 4 screws ...

Tillbehörslådan med bra o ha saker...mestadels skruvar till hårddiskarna och lite distanser samt div. skruvar...

    Now its almost all empty...

I wanted to check on with this button in case it can be modified or not, what I had in mind is to simply replace the blue LED with a white one . which in this case seems to be possible!, I have hopse for the best because otherwise it will be replaced by a new one, simple as that ...

Tests the reservoir a little ...it fits, but some changes must be made on the reservoir mount so it can be moved as far up as possible

Then it was time for the package Bits Power has sent to me, consisting:
    1x GALAXY FREEZER DIMM2
1x Black Freezer VG NGTX470 POM Top With Matt Black Panel
    1x DDC TOP POM Version
    1x O-Ring Set II
    2x G1 / 4 "Matte Black CaseTop Water-Fill SET
    2x Matt Black Q-Block
    12x G1 / 4 "Matte Black Stop Fitting
    2x G1 / 4 "Matte Black Rotary G1 / 4" Extender
2x G1 / 4 "Matte Black Temperature Sensor Stop Fitting

    Coming Later:
1x Black Freezer MOS N78AP2 (Matt Black Version) (Model Name: BP-WBN78AP2-MBK)
    4 x G1 / 4 "Matte Black Mini Dual G1 / 4" Extender (Model Name: BP-MBWP-C42)

I Will be porting this a little bit, to give it some higer flow Optimisation!

That's all for now ... I have had time to measure and test some of the reservoir will fit together with pump + top, etc., then I have found that my G1/4 "dual exteder Rotary fitting will not work properly and that I must have a pair of mini-extenders instead ... that just a few mm can do so much!
pictures on this comes tomorow !

Odd that you're 3 pages into a thread called chocolate temptation and we've yet to see anything given a chocolate paint job yet.

    Hello Guys!

Today I have not had time to do all that much, but it was anyway something when you still were tool-home ...

I felt I had to do something about the fans... not because the cable is ugly ... whis they are not...but to make it flow with the rest of the theme

After those two fans I had a closer lookt at the start button ...I may fix me a 1.8mm LED tomorrow and then i will sleeve those cables aswell.

While I am passing by to the shop tomorrow I'm also going to fix the cable hole on the PSU bracket and the reservoirholders aswell...I have to buy some ulist too to make the cablehole look tidy!

I was for some reason somebody idea and I was looking where we had left the drill, once I had found it and began to remove some rivets, it looked like this ...

What I wanted with this was to create a backinlet, clean but nice ... Sure do, now I just need to fix more holes

Measured if it is possible to get there two pieces of 80mm fans ... and it worked!

    Looks damn clean! ;D

When I got tired in my head, I sat around with BP stuff and played how it all would sit ... came to the conclusion that I must have a mini-extender or the pump will not be able to fit!

Q-Blocks are great to have the temp sensor input, etc. will fix so that the fillport and the tempsensor will sit on the Qblock while it goes to the res, should work this way

Here's how it looks almost the entire package out ... no pump and miniextender course ...

this was it for this late night!

Now I come with a small update to the people ... has not happened all that much since I have devoted myself to work!
But always do it anyway something on the side ... what I have managed to do until now is that I have made the hole for cables larger, short 8 mm at each end out of reservoir holders, and made it clear PSU for the test, got a 8pin CPU connector out of Stefan, which I needed to get everything ready for that matter, the last thing to do at PSU will be to attach the sata connectors and solder back the fan and I'm ready to go for that matter, I must not forget to apply some thermal compound on the one cooler before fitting out of resentment when it needs it !

    CPU connector and assembly ...

    So much better!

Quiet ... The scraping will be fixed, the PSU will probably turn brown painted

Hmm .. it seems somewhat less shiny/less reflecting? Looks nice in pics, but i wonder if it will be as good in actual build behind window with leds and alike. I also wonder what are it's properties regarding dust.

Now I've finally got some time left to make an update to the people

But before I show you something I want to throw up two pictures of Isoprypanolburken I got me away from Arthur, and something I bought my way home from work at Kjell & CO(swedish allround electronic store)

    1.8mm 6-7000K Vwhite LED

    What I did is that I have had time to finish the whole pump, what is done with it is;
    -Soldered of the original cables
-Soldered on a new 3pin cable (complete with contact pins, etc.)
    -Sleeve the cable
    -Modded it with the POM-Top
-Tested it, and it worked great!

Work and finished result pictures, it is a bit dark when I was working around 2-3:00 in the morning ... then i would not wake everyone in the house so i used a desktoplamp.

Sleevetime, this is my technique at Sleeving with Paracord!

I also had time to change all the O-rings in my fittings and my latest addition from Bitspower .... yes this is just a difference of how it looks, was much nicer with Black Stealh look!

Time for an update to the patriotic people ... or what do you say?
My mother called me at work to a post office had come home with a small and lightweight package ... my thoughts to this was totally unexpected ... I sat long on what the hell was able to come to me at this time ...Was it from BitsPower or Lamptron? I asked my mom to open and she said it was a "pyromaniac something" ... I laughed, obviously quite high and I did know exactly what had arrived ... my Patriot PyroII SataIII (6GB / s) SSD had arrived barely 20 hours after the sponsorship deal! Talk about fast first class delivery!

Less nagging and lot of pictures, can not say more that it has a very seductive look and subtle details that go the extra mile.

Once I wait for my package, it has fallen in a bit sleevingjobs, it can be nice to train your fingers now and then :P this is what I have had time for so far

I received a message from Mick on the mayhem dye that my coolant for water cooling system is almost ready produced and tested!
It passed all tests so it is definitely not clump together, creating waste, stain tubes and watts blocks or lose color over time!
It will only be slightly darker in color as I wanted before shipping...

1L Chocolate Teptation Fluid - will be on its way to me as soon it gets ready, so far when they do not have much left.
They have recently produced their new Aurora (micro pearl) coolant in quantities and are ready for sale , Thats is an amazing coolant! You can all watch it in action at thier facebook group and Youtube channel.
I must wait of course for the rest of the coolant at a later date, as well as back-up liquid for a change or two
Talk about I FEEL HAPPY! That's pure custom, and i will be the only one with that fluid

Teaserpics from Mick on the color and texture: D
Thats real motherf *** king Chocolate!

Thanks again Mick and the Mayhems team!
