make sure BLCK control is enabled

I just did, Is this normal that the BLCK drops at 99.8 -99.9 under load?

Edit : Since i enabled BLCK Control it seems wayyyyy more stable.. Don't know how but it does.

Btw i did an offset of 0.2 for the BLCK (100.2) to get a 5ghz in windows
