when i turn on PC, with any setting C1e Enable and v core < 1.35v, Then Vcore will START 1.35v( but the speed still with my setting )
it's happend only FIRST turn on PC, not for restart pc
ex :
my setting : 1.26v @ 4.5 GH
vcore bugs : FIRST START will 1.35v @ 4.5 GH ( Vcore bug 1.35v )
