Here are the same folders compressed with 7z. Better compression, although the Picture's folder took around 6 minutes.

Ok, here is what I will do unless someone has a better idea. Install Win 7 and Office and then check the 233 and host write readings.

Copy my Documents folder and then check the 233 and host write readings

SE, and then do the same for my Video folder and Picture Folder.

These folders have my day to day working data so they should be a good representation.
