    CnQ is probably disabled/not working yet, I don't doubt idle voltages will be very low if the idle clocks are to be taken as valid.

    But Phenom has cores that can be set individually. Can you set different parts of a module at different speeds? If you have core 0 at 1GHz and core 1 at 2GHz, what speed does the prefetchers, and schedulers work at?

    My guess is at the clock of the faster core.Same goes for non clock-gated FlexFP.
