    NT Kernel and System should be at 0% to 1% on an idle system.

    Watch that one and do some Google searching. It's a common problem and can possibly be virus / spyware related. Look at the Network tab and see if there is a lot of unexplained activity in there.

    Something is not right when CPU Usage is showing 43% but System Idle Process is showing 70%. Those two are supposed to add up to 100%.
