hey guys I need some help?

there is sone a lokal (sorry) OC compo that i want to win. There are 4 cattagories super pi 1m, 32m, wprime and cinebench 10.5. Only rules; multiplier has to be on 40x and mem divider on 8x. The rest is up to user to get an as fast as possible time through tweaking the memmory timings and BCLK. So far my cpu does 107bclk. But my Vengeance memory sucks and can't make me win the compo. So i need the fastest memory timings @ 1600mhz that are out there, for around 200$.

Yeah, go for it. The boards are similar enough. Let's keep all in one place.

You will probably gain better scores with other tweaks. Mem will help but OS tweaks will make a huge difference. Try looking for the best OS to run.

Yes it comes on to 3 things bclk, memmory latency's and tweaking. But i am quit a noob on Super pi actualy. So any help is welcome. I've already got a new HDD and i think XP 64bit will be the best choice? than i need to figger out how and what to tweak. So if someone knows a super special tweak that isn't easaly to find with the google, please tell me?

Which PSU Cowie ? We have lost x CPUs on UD5 and we got no clue why or how as the same setup worked perfectly at my place and at PJ's . Only difference is the PSU ( he has an OCZ X stream 1000W ), board refuses to post, red leds and the CPU is dead then...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Damn what kind of pushing are you doing two that board I've had two and not one problem if pushed them 12 hour torture test. . . . I would look at the psu 1 and what you have conected to the fan headers , also make sure board is grounding correct to chassis of case

What voltages are you putting through it?
Any damage to the CPU socket pins?
I had a UD7 board which lost pins after a lot of high voltage -35oC benching but still worked... Seems like a weak socket like the old P55 LGA1156

Cowie does not understand the meaning of the word stability test... we are benchers mate... 5.6Ghz and beyond... less is not interesting...
