If it does 5ghz at 1.4 or 1.45 ? Who cares, it might be you, I don't... Get on with it and do something usefull with all the power you own... you guys are wasting so many cycles for a lousy screenshot...
I tend to never discount what Leeghoofd says about stability testing hardware. Maybe some people need to read it more than once to figure out what he is actually saying. But to each his own, just don't complain when you degrade the pi$$ out of your CPU running stabilty tests that when all is said and done total days upon days of absolute torture.

Passing stability tests doesn't mean you system is stable. Never has, never will. That's just a few of the things I've learned from the hardcore clockers here since I joined. Find a happy medium and start actually enjoying your build.
