    ThrottleStop is a useful monitoring tool for Sandy Bridge but unfortunately most everything has been locked by Intel so it's not going to give you much control of these new CPUs.

    Was hoping to drop voltage at the higher multipliers on a laptop. Wonder if we are going to get some custom UEFI BIOS for laptops being the "U" is supposed to mean universal
