I get the double post on my Ex4. I'm running BIOS 1.6, the shipping BIOS. The double post reminds me of my X48 board. That board did it as it adjusted voltages before fully handing off to the operating system. I just assumed it was the same type of thing with P67 once you started changing voltages and manually setting voltages.

my extreme4 wasn't getting any double post .. once i switch on the com.. it will come to the logo page then start loading of the window 7 screen.
but ... the question.. I asked above is i saw the latest 1.60 bios from the asrock website date is 08/03/2011... when I opened up the cpu-z 1.57.1 .. it say bios date is 18/02/2011... so I went to d/led the bios from the website... flash it.. successfully.. but I use the cpu-z 1.57.1 .. the bios date still stated there 18/02/2011. how come ?
so far my board wasnt even giving me any prob... should I d/l the 1.62 beta and flash it.. how come it is still in beta form..
