Yes, you have to shut down the board with the PSU switch while holding the case power button before it shuts down itself. One second is rather fast...
Should be a way to short the primary bios, though. Those pins are really small...probably could use a mini screwdriver.
It did not work, I guess, I don't have enough time, also tryed shorting pin again but no luck
