4.5/4.6 is where some start running into issues and the volts start getting a little higher/PLL etc.

I stopped at 4.5Ghz which requires 1.32v (bios)
Under load it is about 1.272v from cpu-z
Anything higher makes me feel uncomfortable because of the voltage and heat.
