I took delivery of a B3 board which was well used. There was heatsink dust and heatsink scratches on it, screw marks, etc. It was DOA anyway and had to be RMA'ed

So i am not alone with revived board. I duno whether it is DOA or not just don't wanna touch it.

REJECT that damaged board immediately! demand a NEW one!!

yes of course I will do that, because this is a FLAWED one to one swap program committed by ASSus. They are supposed to give me a BRAND NEW board without question asked.
