Many thanks for your support. Please delete from the list the Kingston DT 100 G2 USB 2.0 32 GB stick, because it seems that the latest driver has solved the problems (with the old driver, sometimes it has been seen as unformatted, but with the new driver 1.00.0000.0098 it works correctly).

For the other devices the problems persists, regardless of the Legacy USB 3.0 being disabled or enabled.

The funny thing is when I'm using the USB HDD 3.0 the Etron chip is getting overheated. I can't copy large files while the external HDD is using the USB 3.0 port, because it is disconnected.

Other users have reported that the Verbatim Store'n'Go USB 3.0 HDD doesn't work with the Asrock P67 Extreme4 motherboard's USB 3.0 port.
