I also ran 3dMark Vantage at 750Mhz yesterday and got:
3DMark Score 11981.87 3DMarks,
Graphics Score 13599.55,
CPU Score 8830.63

I just want to make sure everything is where it should be.

3DM11 may be being slightly biased as you have a 768MB card. I can't comment specifically as you don't say what your CPU and memory is clocked at but for comparisons sake my 1GB GTX 460 @ 875 / 4000 scores around 4050pts in 3DM11, so your score of 3272 seems slightly off the mark to me I'd say it should probably be around ~3600pts.
