From what I can see the higher you go with resolution and AA, the more Radeon 6990 outperforms GTX590.

Though honestly why buys such cards to play below Full HD and AAx4 & AAx8?



That way I guess Radeon remains as the king of the hill closely followed by GTX590? Some people may choose one or the other based only on brand preference.

on launch day drivers this card did very well IMHO

In the tpu review it was a tie @ 1920 x1280 3% off the 6990 at 2050x1220.
amd cant fix how loud the card is but nv can work on the drivers.
