I don't understand why turbo and EIST are needed? I don't catch why the chip is stable in stability test and crashes when cruising in idle?
you crashing under light load because your V dips to low (you have to be above 1.016~ 1.024V min. on offset mode) LLC have a lot to do with it ,for 4.7 you may have to increase V
