The point was/is where it can boot from set in bios. I'm sure if I wanted to use ASRock eXtreme Tuner from within the OS it might do even more, but that wasn't the question.

PLL Enabled, other settings disabled
Ram performance Extreme, 7-10-7-25, CL1, I/O lat.1, all subs auto
LLC Level 2, Vcore 1.575V, Dram 1.72V
Use Easy Tune 6 in Windows
But, BCLK 100.00 bios guaranteed boot up to windows
